These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of VixenVIP and all related services, features, and content. By accessing or using VixenVIP, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

1. About VixenVIP

VixenVIP is operated by VixenVIP Ltd, a company registered in the United Kingdom.

VixenVIP is an 18+ creator platform focused on monetisation, community, and creator control. Nudity is optional and subject to rules.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirement

  • You must be 18 years or older to use VixenVIP

  • Age verification is mandatory for creators and for accessing or purchasing adult content

  • Providing false information is grounds for immediate termination

3. Account Registration

You are responsible for:

  • Keeping your login credentials secure

  • All activity on your account

  • Ensuring your content and behaviour comply with these Terms

VixenVIP may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

4. Account Types

Open / Public Accounts

  • Free to follow

  • Discoverable to unverified users

  • Nudity not permitted unless locked behind PPV

Paid / Private Accounts

  • Subscription-based

  • Hidden from unverified users

  • Nudity permitted

Creators may change account type via settings.

5. Content Ownership & Licensing

Creator Content

  • Creators retain ownership of content they upload

  • By uploading content, creators grant VixenVIP a temporary, non-exclusive licence to host, store, display, distribute, and promote the content for platform operation and marketing

VixenVIP-Produced Content

  • Content created by VixenVIP staff (e.g. professional photoshoots) is owned by VixenVIP

  • Creators receive a limited licence to use such content on their profile

6. PPV (Pay-Per-View) Content

  • PPV content is blurred until purchased

  • Only verified 18+ users may purchase PPV

PPV Permanence

  • Purchased PPV content cannot be deleted by creators

  • If a creator wishes to limit access duration, they must set a PPV expiry date at the time of posting

This policy exists to:

  • Protect buyers

  • Reduce chargebacks

  • Ensure transactional fairness

7. Monetisation, Payments & Fees

  • Creators set their own prices within platform limits

  • Revenue share is displayed transparently in creator dashboards

  • Early-stage creator earnings may be up to 65%, with planned increases

VixenVIP may change fees or splits with notice.

8. Refunds & Chargebacks

  • All purchases are final unless required by law

  • Chargebacks or payment abuse may result in account suspension

  • VixenVIP reserves the right to recover losses caused by fraudulent activity

9. Content Rules & Prohibited Content

Allowed (PPV Required for Extreme Content)

  • Swearing and profanity

  • Explicit sexual language

  • Adult humour

  • Roleplay and fetish speech between consenting adults

  • Political opinions, satire, parody, and rants

Strictly Prohibited

  • Hate speech targeting protected classes

  • Incitement to violence

  • Threats

  • Harassment campaigns

  • Non-consensual or exploitative content

  • Illegal content

VixenVIP reserves sole discretion in moderation decisions.

10. Reporting, Moderation & Appeals

  • Users may report content or behaviour

  • Moderation is conducted manually and contextually

  • Creators may appeal decisions through support

Repeated or serious violations may result in permanent bans.

11. Platform Availability & Maintenance

VixenVIP does not guarantee uninterrupted service.

We are not liable for loss of content or access due to:

  • Maintenance

  • Software updates

  • Third-party service failures

  • Force majeure events

Creators are responsible for maintaining backups of their content.

12. Platform Viability & Shutdown

If VixenVIP becomes financially unviable or ceases operations:

  • Reasonable notice will be provided where possible

  • Subscriptions may be cancelled

  • Stored content may be removed after notice

VixenVIP does not guarantee indefinite access to content or services.

13. Account Suspension & Termination

VixenVIP may suspend or terminate accounts for:

  • Breach of these Terms

  • Legal or regulatory risk

  • Fraud or abuse

  • Safety concerns

Termination decisions are final, subject to appeal where applicable.

14. Donations

Donations to VixenVIP are voluntary and non-refundable.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • VixenVIP is not liable for indirect or consequential losses

  • VixenVIP does not guarantee earnings, audience growth, or profitability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where unlawful.

16. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VixenVIP Ltd against claims arising from:

  • Your content

  • Your use of the platform

  • Your breach of these Terms

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.

Material changes will be notified. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
